Cost

  • Initial psychiatric appointment (60­-90 minutes): $465/$450 an hour (based upon experience of the provider).

  • Follow-up appointments: Cost based on time spent

    • Rate = $465/hour for Dr. McKenna

    • Rate = $450/hour for Dr. Larson

  • Phone calls, emails and form/letter completion: Cost based on clinical rates

  • Scripts requested outside of scheduled appointments: $35 and up

  • Payment is requested one business day prior to the service. Acceptable payment methods include ACH bank transfer, credit card, debit card or advanced cash payments.

Insurance 

We do not take insurance directly but we are happy to provide you with a superbill which includes the diagnostic code(s) for potential reimbursement from your insurance.

Hours

Hours vary slightly depending on the day and whether the visit is online or in person. Typical hours include Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. We do offer after hour appointments on request. Contact us here for other accommodations.
